What shipping options are available?

We offer standard shipping with DHL or GLS.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the shipping method and destination, delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days.

When will my payment be debited?

Depending on the chosen payment method, the payment will be debited immediately or after the goods have been shipped.

Yes, we use encrypted connections and secure payment providers.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

1. Register return

Log in to your customer account, select the items you wish to return and register the return.

Please wait for our response. You will then receive the return label via email.

2. Prepare the package

Pack the items carefully. The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and hangtags attached. Use the original box if possible.

3. Return

Either print the return label and stick it on the package, or show the QR code at the parcel drop-off point. The label will be generated there.

4. Drop off the package

Drop off the package at a branch, parcel shop or drop-off point of the respective shipping service provider.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within approximately 14 days.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the return.

Can I exchange items?

A direct exchange is not possible. Please return the unwanted item and reorder the desired item.

Who pays for return shipping?

Normally, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. However, we cover the costs for defective or incorrect items.
